“On the Road with Machinery Pete,” a program featuring John Deere equipment dealers from across the country, is slated to air a roundtable discussion focused on used ag equipment at Western Equipment in Amarillo, Tx., on Feb. 20.
“Western Equipment takes a tremendous amount of pride in the services and equipment that we offer to our customers in all eight of our locations,” said Kelsi South, director of marketing at Western Equipment. “Having Machinery Pete visit our Amarillo location gives him and U.S. Farm Report a great opportunity to highlight these services, as well as speak with producers in our area about the exceptional value and technology in late-model used ag equipment.”
Colby Flaming, general manager of Western Equipment at the Amarillo location, and Western Equipment Integrated Solutions Manager Andy Vloedman will be featured on the program. Sprayers, horsepower tractors and the use of technology in used ag equipment will all be addressed in the show.
“The ‘On the Road with Machinery Pete’ program also gives us a chance to showcase the services and technology that Western Equipment provides for our customers in Texas and Oklahoma,” South added. “Everybody involved ends up coming out on top.”
Greg Peterson, the Farm Journal’s used equipment expert, is the host of On the Road with Machinery Pete. In a previous program, Peterson addressed the Farm Bill, the price drop of grain and the progress of winter auctions.
