As the fair and farm show seasons roll on, John Deere plans to participate in the Ohio State Fair, which is slated to take place between July 26 and Aug. 6 in Columbus, Ohio. The Ohio State Fair has been held since 1850 to exhibit the latest agricultural developments for industry producers. This year, John Deere will showcase some of its agricultural equipment with Ag-Pro, which is a sponsor of the event.
The Ag-Pro equipment displays will be located north of 17th near Kasich Hall and south of 17th between the Coliseum and Gilligan. On Monday through Friday of the fair dates, attendees will be able to enter between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. The hours on Saturday will be between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., and the event will conclude at 6 p.m. on Sunday. Adults can buy a ticket for $12, and children aged five and under will attend for free. All veterans, military personnel, and first responders can also enter the fair without charge.
Some of the most beloved fair traditions will be held again at this year’s event, including the butter cow, fair rides, and Smokey Bear. There will also be several exhibitions and educational sessions held for attendees who are interested in learning more about agricultural practices and equipment from exhibitors, including John Deere.
