John Deere has officially upgraded its 800M-Series Tracked Feller Bunchers and 800MH-Series Tracked Harvesters with Final Tier 4 engines. With these engines, the equipment will not only meet loggers’ needs, but adhere to FT4 emission standards.
"The John Deere FT4 engines have been rigorously tested in the most extreme applications and harshest environments. This extensive testing process offers loggers peace of mind that their machine will be able to OUTRUN™ the most adverse conditions," said Jari Mennala, director of John Deere Forestry Sales and Marketing in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
The 800M-Series Tracked Feller Bunchers and 800MH-Series Tracked Harvesters were created to work efficiently and reliably. They also have exceptional fuel economy for operators who want to get the most out of their machines.
"We are committed to providing loggers with the most comprehensive solutions in the industry, developing superior products that deliver quality, performance and efficiency while meeting current and future emissions regulations,” Mennala continued.
In addition to the FT4 engines, the 800M-Series Tracked Feller Bunchers and 800MH-Series Tracked Harvesters still have spacious operator stations and ergonomically designed controls. They also still have the same strong undercarriages and booms featured on the 900M- and 900MH-Series for maximum efficiency.
