At the 2015 Farm Science Review event in London, Ohio, the three-day annual farm showcase is highlighting new technology and equipment for agricultural professionals across the country. The event is being held between Sept. 22 and Sept. 24 at the Molly Caren Agricultural Center, and it typically attracts more than 130,000 farmers, growers and producers from all over the U.S.
“We pride ourselves in setting the bar for having the best of the best in agricultural equipment and technology on display at our show every year, coupled with our world-class educational programming,” said Chuck Gamble, the manager of the event. “There’s always something for everyone.”
John Deere is one of the 620 commercial exhibitors participating in the event. Experts from Ohio State University Extension and the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center will also be on hand throughout the show to help with demonstrations and presentations.
Some of the topics that will be addressed at the Farm Science Review include precision agriculture, data collection and how to utilize social media. Several trucks will also be on display for attendees to view, and live field demonstrations will be hosted as well.
Last year, the Farm Science Review focused on educating farmers on how to improve water and soil quality, as well as ways to increase yield while raising profits. This year, these themes will continue as the show highlights agricultural innovation.
