John Deere recently announced the new Ultimate Uptime customizable customer support solution, which is intended to help customers become more efficient by maximizing productivity and uptime while keeping operating costs low.
The Ultimate Uptime features John Deere’s ForestSight, which is a fully customizable support solution only available from John Deere dealers. Standard features of the Ultimate Uptime include the abilities of John Deere ForestSight, which directs customers and dealers by telling what the forestry equipment needs in order to optimize uptime. After full consideration of customers’ needs, a John Deere dealer can suggest any other services that would be beneficial and create a customized solution to optimize their uptime based on those specific needs.

Downtime hinders productivity and reduces their profitability. We created Ultimate Uptime to keep their fleet running and productivity high."
All John Deere forestry machines come with the Ultimate Uptime Base Package and include pre-delivery set-up, follow-up inspections, and three to five years of ForestSight. To meet the exclusive needs of the customer, dealers will then customize premium packages, which may include extended warranties, planned maintenance agreements, fluid sampling, filter kits, loaner machines, on-site spare parts and other solutions.
