Antique used tractors and other exhibits will be featured during an agricultural expo in Georgia
The 2010 Sunbelt Ag Expo will take place from October 19-21 at the Spence Field in Moultrie, Georgia. Hundreds of acres will play host to approximately 1,200 exhibitors. Features include farming technology and educational seminars.
Used tractor will also make a daily run during an antique parade, which will be held each day at 2 p.m. Auctions will also benefit local community groups, including the Georgia FFA.
John Deere is one of the sponsors for the annual event, which relies on donations from companies and organizations in order to present the three-day expo.
Other states also feature similar agricultural events, which offer a glimpse at updated farm technologies. For example, the 2010 Farm Progress show was recently held in Central Iowa for three days starting on August 31.
The progress event featured a number of field demonstrations, including those showcasing new farm equipment technologies.
Organizers for the 57-year-old event are already planning next year's edition, which will be held in Decatur, Illinois, from August 30 through September 1.
