To cater to customers who are looking for a reliable, easy-to-use tractor for orchard or vineyard operations, John Deere has expanded its lineup of vineyard and orchard tractors. The new models of the 5EN and 5ML Series are designed for narrow orchards and vineyards and offer a wide array of features.
The 5075EN model has been added to the 5EN line and gives customers the option of an open operator station or cab configuration. Within the cab, operators reap the benefits of AC/heat, phone and cup holders, a 12-volt outlet, and more. The 5075EN also has 75 engine horsepower, meaning agricultural producers will have all the power they need to tackle the tasks of each workday.
"The 5075EN is an economical, narrow tractor that can be configured to a working width as minimal as 51 inches and can also be outfitted with a front hitch and mid SCVs for the ultimate implement versatility. It's ideal for fruit handling and hauling, spraying, mowing, and any application that takes place within the narrow confines of an orchard or vineyard," said Greg Christensen, marketing manager for John Deere. "Not only will customers find the 5075EN to be reliable, nimble, and easy to use, they'll be surprised at how much John Deere Precision Ag Technology is available to help them, monitor, manage and maximize their farm or business."
Each model in the 5ML Series can now be equipped with a redesigned cab featuring more headroom and ergonomic controls. The in-dash three-screen LCD display is reconfigurable, and two front-axle options are available to cater to working widths as narrow as 71 inches.
John Deere dealers are now taking orders for the new 5EN and 5ML tractors with limited availability. Find out more about these versatile vineyard and orchard tractors by contacting your local Deere dealer.
