John Deere dealerships throughout the U.S. are holding an open event for the third straight year that allows consumers to test-drive newly manufactured tractors, according to a published report.
The Drive Green Challenge will be held at 60 locations from February through July at Deere dealerships on the East Coast, in the south and in the Midwest. The Challenge encourages consumers to compare, contrast and ask questions about machinery manufactured by the world's largest producer of agriculture equipment.
"We've designed the Challenge events to give people a one-stop opportunity to check out different models of tractors, as well as a wide variety of other John Deere equipment they can use to maintain their properties and for their businesses," according to Steve Geick, tactical marketing manager for Deere.
The Challenge will include the attendance of Deere tractor specialists who are available to answer questions. And all attendees can register to win a customized Tail Gator XUV, which will be given away at each Challenge site.
"At the same time, we want to make the events fun and informative experiences for everyone," Geick said.
