The most anticipated event in Crawford, Colorado, is set to take place on November 25, as Santa Claus is coming to town behind a procession of used tractors, firetrucks and police vehicles, according to the Delta County Independent.
The news source reported that the festivities will begin around 6 p.m. and the lights from the giant Christmas trees in the town will guide the makeshift sleigh that Mr. Claus will be riding into the town on, draped in his usual attire.
Residents are encouraged to participate in the parade, as they have been asked by town officials to put lights on their used tractor, truck, dog, goat or any other animal and get right behind the famous Christmas icon. The community room at Crawford Town Hall will provide refreshments to all participants and their pets.
