Ventura County, California vintage tractor collectors flocked to the hayfield of the Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark for a celebration of the farm equipment, according to the Ventura County Star.
It was the annual Antique Tractor Weekend on the farm, which is holding events all month to celebrate the Fall Harvest Festival.
The news source reported that the farm equipment came from members of the Topa Topa Flywheelers, an antique gas engine and tractor club that was founded in 1993.
The club was founded by three local residents. One of these founders, Bill Milligan, sought to celebrate the history of the farm equipment after he purchased two antique John Deere tractors during the 1980s, according to the Star.
"There's a lot of history in farm equipment, especially tractors," Milligan told the news source. "I come from a family of farmers, so it's in my blood."
The Topa Topa Flywheelers is a club that is dedicated to the preservation of the antique farm equipment through holding tractor shows and educational exhibits to try and recruit the next generation of farmers, according to the organization's website.
