AgLine has been a part of John Deere Financial - Canada, the financing division of John Deere, Canada, for 15 years, and now the multi-use account will bear the name of this division.
"Simply put, our customers will get the same great service they've always experienced, but now, it's under the John Deere Financial name, a brand that people have known and trusted for years," says Dan McCabe, senior vice president for Sales & Marketing, John Deere U.S. and Canada.
Existing account holders retain the same account number and continue to receive the services they had as AgLine customers. These account benefits include flexible financing for everyday items, seasonal inputs and parts and service for machinery. Other features are service near a customer's home, as there are hundreds of locations throughout the country, anytime online access to an account, and account purchases listed on the same statement.
Account information, processing steps and service contracts all remain the same as well for John Deere equipment dealers and agricultural products stores.
McCabe added that the customer service provided to account holders would continue to be top-notch and John Deere Financial would still offer revolving credit to farmers and ranchers.
